Railway Construction Supervisor (m/f/d)

As a Railway Construction Supervisor at BTPInfra, you will oversee demanding rail and infrastructure projects directly on site, ensuring that quality, schedules and construction standards are met. We are looking for experienced professionals who are ready to take responsibility, make decisions and actively help shape the future of BTPInfra.
Your role at BTP-Infra
Understand the technology. Move projects forward.
You work at the interface between engineering, project control and implementation.
Keep construction quality on track
You supervise the proper execution of work on rail and infrastructure construction sites and ensure that agreed quality standards are met.
Ensure quality and deadlines
You monitor construction quality, project progress and schedules, identifying deviations at an early stage.
Document construction progress
You maintain clear and reliable documentation of the construction process, record relevant events and support defect management.
Coordinate inspections and site meetings
You support inspections and construction meetings and coordinate with clients, planners, contractors and other project stakeholders.
Support contract and change management
You support contract-related matters and change-order management while ensuring complete and accurate project documentation.
Take responsibility on site
You act as a key interface on the construction site, make well-founded decisions and help ensure that the project progresses reliably.
What you bring.
What should fit
- Qualification as a Bauüberwacher Bahn or Fachbauüberwacher
- Professional experience in railway infrastructure
- Technical vocational qualification or university degree, ideally in civil engineering or a comparable technical field
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Very good German language skills
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Willingness to work on projects throughout Germany
A plus, but not essential
- Experience with "Deutsche Bahn" projects or comparable infrastructure operators
- Knowledge of contract and change-order management
- Experience coordinating complex construction projects
- Additional qualifications in railway or civil engineering
