Your role at BTP-Infra
Understand the technology. Move projects forward.
You work at the interface between engineering, project control and implementation.
Ensure quality on site
You support infrastructure projects directly on site, supervise the proper execution of construction work and keep quality, schedules and project progress under control.
Plan infrastructure with foresight
You contribute to the technical planning of demanding infrastructure projects and develop practical, reliable solutions together with project stakeholders.
Keep projects moving
You coordinate project stakeholders, schedules and workflows and ensure that even complex projects progress in a structured and goal-oriented way.
Bring interfaces together
You work closely with clients, planners, construction companies and other project stakeholders, ensuring clear and reliable coordination throughout the project.
Make project progress transparent
You document relevant project developments, decisions and deviations, creating transparency for everyone involved.
Take responsibility
You actively contribute your expertise, make well-founded decisions and take responsibility for your area of work and the overall success of the project.
What you bring.
What should fit
- Technical vocational training, further qualification or university degree related to construction, rail or infrastructure
- Professional experience in a field relevant to our projects
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Good to very good German language skills
- Willingness to take responsibility within projects
A plus, but not essential
- Experience in rail or transport infrastructure projects
- Experience with Deutsche Bahn projects or comparable infrastructure operators
- Qualification as Bauüberwacher:in Bahn or Fachbauüberwacher:in
- Knowledge of contract and change-order management
- Experience in project management or construction coordination
- Experience working for engineering or planning consultancies
- Additional technical or railway-specific qualifications
